Adlyn Adam Teoh is a civil‑society leader and an impacted person whose lived experience informs her leadership in advancing rights‑based, community‑centred approaches to ending statelessness. She serves as President of Family Frontiers Malaysia, where she has been a key figure in national advocacy for gender‑equal citizenship and was a plaintiff in the landmark case that contributed to constitutional reform expanding citizenship rights for Malaysian women and their children.
As a Steering Committee member of the Statelessness and Dignified Citizenship Coalition – Asia Pacific (SDCC‑AP), Adlyn supports regional strategy, governance strengthening, and coordinated engagement with governments, UN agencies, and grassroots partners across the region.
She brings a strong corporate and entrepreneurial track record, having led strategy, planning, and operating model transformation across regional and global roles — from China‑based technology startups to global financial institutions — areas that enhances her ability to strengthen accountability and support the coalition’s long‑term institutional resilience.
